& Environment

Liturgy is more than words and gestures. It is our experience of everything around us which touches our senses. The art and environment of the Cathedral serves the liturgy in many important ways, draws us beyond itself, and suggests the divine.

In addition to the preparation of art and environment for weekly liturgies, the Cathedral has the added responsibility to prepare for nearly forty pontifical liturgies each year. Volunteers are welcome to assist with watering and plant maintenance during the Christmas

and Easter seasons.
