Holy

Land

2018

PILGRIMAGE

Join me as we follow in the footsteps of Jesus!

My dear friends,

I invite you to join me for an extraordinary experience that will take place next October. I will be leading a pilgrimage to the Holy Land. Join me on this amazing journey and experience firsthand the places in the life of Jesus. This trip is an uplifting and life-changing experience for any individual.

We will be leaving on October 28, 2018, and arrive in Tel Aviv, where we will spend one night. We will
then depart for Tiberius for three nights, visiting Capernaum, where Jesus had his main ministry. Visits are also planned for the Church on the Mount of the Beatitudes, Nazareth, and Megiddo, the site of the
biblical Armageddon. Finally, our destination is the city that simply cannot be described but must be experienced.

We will spend six days in the city on the hill, the crowning glory, Jerusalem. This part of the trip is truly a profound experience for any Catholic. Some of the highlights include the Mount of Olives, the Garden of Gethsemane, The pools of Bethesda at the Church of St. Ann, the church of the Holy Sepulchre and the Via Dolorosa to name a few.

Stepping out on the street where Christ took his last steps, visiting the Stations of the Cross, and being in the very spot of his crucifixion is something you will never forget. The opportunity to visit these places with me as your guide makes this trip more spiritually meaningful.

If you have any interest in this journey, please contact the Parish Office by email or by phone at 570-344-7231.

Sincerely yours in Christ,
