Prayers for Ukraine

As part of our continuing response to the catastrophic war in Ukraine, the Cathedral will offer Evening Prayer, Stations of the Cross, and the Recitation of the Rosary in memory of and in tribute to our sisters and brothers impacted by this atrocity. Please join us in person or virtually as we pray for an end to the needless suffering being endured by so many.

Lenten Evening Prayer

Every Sunday during Lent

6:15 p.m. in the Cathedral Church

(Broadcast on CTV: Catholic Television following the airing of the Mass on Sunday at 6 p.m. and live-streamed)

Evening Prayer is part of the Liturgy of the Hours, also known as the Divine Office. In the Liturgy of the Hours, the Church fulfills Jesus’ command to “pray always”. Through this prayer, the people of God sanctify the day by continual praise of God and prayers of intercession for the needs of the world.

Stations of the Cross

Fridays following the 12:10 p.m. Mass. (televised, live-streamed)

Accompany our Lord to Calvary and meditate on his suffering as you contemplate your Lenten journey.

Recitation of the Rosary

Tuesdays following the 12:10 p.m. Mass. (televised, live-streamed)

Reciting the Rosary is a beautiful and faithful way to recall certain principal events in our salvation history.
