Meet Father Jeffrey D. Tudgay, J.V., V.E., J.C.L.
TWENTY FOURTH PASTOR OF THE CATHEDRAL
Father Tudgay was born and raised in Kingston, Pennsylvania, and entered St. Charles Borromeo Seminary in Wynnewood shortly after his graduation from East Stroudsburg University. Having completed his studies at St. Charles Seminary, Father was ordained to the priesthood in 2012 by Bishop Joseph C. Bambera at the Cathedral. Father holds a Master of Arts degree in Sacred Theology and a Master of Divinity degree, both from St. Charles Seminary and a Licentiate in Canon Law from The Catholic University of America.

Prior to his current assignment, Father had the pleasure of serving as the Assistant Pastor of Our Lady of the Snows Parish, Clarks Summit, the Assistant Pastor of Saint Jude Parish, Mountaintop, and, most recently as the Pastor of Saint Eulalia's Parish, Elmhurst. He will continue to serve the Diocese of Scranton as a Judicial Vicar and as the Episcopal Vicar for Canonical Affairs.
